• Supervise and provide leadership to an audit team offering guidance and support to junior staff.
• Act as the liaison between clients and managers throughout the audit process.
• Ensure audit files are prepared according to the firm’s audit procedures for managerial review.
• Undertake detailed technical work contributing to service delivery in a supportive and collaborative manner.
• Demonstrate confidence, commercial awareness and initiative when managing complex technical matters.

• Professional qualification (ACA or ACCA).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Confidence in leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Proactive in welcoming new challenges and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
• Passion for producing excellent client outcomes.
