A very rare opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded Estate Agency for an experienced Lettings Administrator / Tenancy Coordinator to join their thriving office in Birmingham city center. My clients have long had a reputation as a high quality, reputable agent in Birmingham city centerand are looking for a lettings administrator / Tenancy Coordinator to join their lettings team.

• Up to £32,000 basic plus company bonus OTE of £34,000
• Well respected independent company
• Monday to Friday hours
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• On site parking permit provided

• Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements.
• Organising pre and post tenancy paperwork.
• Conducting tenant referencing and right to rent checks
• Preparation of move in packs
• Ensuring properties are ready for move in with all relevant compliance in place and maintenance completed.
• Updating property details.
• General day to day admin duties within the lettings department.

• Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator is advantageous.
• Previous experience dealing with administration.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join a leading independent agent.
