We have a great opportunity for a self‑motivated Property Administrator to join a thriving property consultancy in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

Role Overview

Based in a stunning city‑centre office, this rewarding and challenging Property Administrator role will see you working as part of a high‑performing team, providing key administration and customer service support to both your colleagues across the business and your clients. By utilising your fantastic administration and communication skills, and with a truly client‑focused approach, you will provide varied administration support to ensure that day‑to‑day business operations run smoothly.

You will take initial tenant enquiry details, support contract negotiations, coordinate maintenance works, process payments, and chase relevant documents and paperwork.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain a bespoke in‑house database system, handling confidential data and ensuring complete accuracy when administering details for client accounts.
  • Manage several cases at any one time, prioritising workloads and ensuring that time‑sensitive client cases progress and remain fully compliant with challenging deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proactive, highly organised, strong communication skills, and natural ability to think on your feet.
  • Outstanding administrator, natural organiser, detail‑driven, able to make quick decisions.
  • Excellent teamwork with a commitment to excellence; building relationships easily with clients and colleagues.
