Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst - Inside IR35 (Umbrella), 4 months + Extensions, hybrid working (2-3 days)
Investigo are working with a Midlands based organisation to engage a business process analyst on an initial 4 month contract, plus extensions.
You'll be working on a complex programme to digitise and automate processes and subsequent reporting.

An experienced Business Process Analyst is needed to map current processes (AS-IS) and design future state Processes (TO-BE), document workflows, procedures and business rules.
You'll need to work across multiple stakeholder communities, at a time where there is substantial change, facilitate workshops and presentations to ensure alignment on processes in a complex, multi business unit environment.
As an experienced Process Analyst, spotting and removing inefficiencies, bottlenecks and making recommendations for improvements will be essential whilst also assisting with change impact assessments and change management.

The appointed contractor will be an experienced Business Process Analyst with proficiency in Visio and BPMN.  You'll bring strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, and the ability to be proactive.  

Experience of both AGILE and Waterfall ways of working are highly advantageous.
