Job Description
- Conducting data analysis to discover waste and inefficiencies and work with relevant stakeholders to drive efficiency improvements
- Create standard reports and analysis to monitor delivery performance and quality
- Work with the business and ad‑hoc analysis and deep dives to understand root causes of inefficiencies
- Support business stakeholders in analysis and deep dives to eliminate waste
- Identification of operational issues, development of solutions, and promotion of cross‑departmental implementation
- Bachelor's degree or higher; at least three years of analytics, business intelligence background
- Excellent data processing and analytical skills, logical thinking, and implementation capabilities.
- With strong cross‑departmental communication and coordination skills.
