Regional Sales Manager
** New Business Development:*
* • Identify and pursue new contract hire opportunities with prospective clients in the region.
• Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach.
• Develop tailored proposals highlighting the benefits of PFUK’s temperature-controlled LCV and HGV solutions.
** Strategic Account Management:*
* • Own a portfolio of key accounts within your region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities for supplementary contracts (additional vehicles, services, or upgrades) to maximize PFUK’s share of wallet.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, providing expert advice on fleet solutions, compliance, and operational efficiency. Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Achieve regional sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, maintenance) to ensure seamless delivery of services and contractual obligations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
** Collaboration & Teamwork:*
* • Work closely with National Account Managers, operations, and marketing teams to support client delivery and promotional initiatives.
• Share market insights, best practices, and account strategies with peers across the business. Reporting & Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contract status, and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Provide regular performance updates, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Competencies:

* • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in contract hire, fleet management, or B2B sales.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and expand share of wallet within existing accounts.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of working independently across a defined region.

* Qualifications:
*
* • Experience in LCV and HGV contract hire, vehicle fleet management, or transport/logistics sector.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing strategic client relationships.
