Overview
Area Sales Manager – Waterproofing & Concrete Repairs (x2)
Industry: Below Ground Waterproofing, Concrete Repair Products, Admixtures, Building Materials. Vacancies: 1 London, 2 West Midlands / North West.
Remuneration: £55,000 – £65,000 + £11,000 – £15,000 bonus. Benefits:
Fully expensed PBMW 3‑series hybrid car and full benefits.
- Field sales position selling a high‑quality range of below‑ground waterproofing and concrete repair products.
- Primary sales activities to main contractors, sub‑contractors and ground workers (e.g., Kier, Skanska, BAM, Laing O’Rourke).
- Revenue responsibility for circa £1m+.
- Project sizes vary depending on scale and scope.
- Provide sound technical advice to customers.
- Below‑ground field sales experience.
- Experience selling to main contractors, sub‑contractors and ground workers (e.g., Kier, Skanska, BAM, Laing O’Rourke).
- Ideally hold a CSSW qualification.
