Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus package

• Basic salary of £45 - 50,000 per annum
• Car allowance
• 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Discretionary bonus
• Company pension scheme
• Company laptop and phone

• Manage the site of a new build apartments / housing site (5 units in total)
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
• Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to
• Conduct site reports for the contracts manager
• Lead site meetings when required
• Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks

• Established main contractor who works on housing, care homes and commercial builds
• Quality is of paramount importance
• Medium sized contractor

• Previous experience as a no2 on larger schemes or a no1 Site Manager on similar projects
• JCT and NEC experience
• Full UK driving license
• CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
• NVQ Level 6 preferred
• Enhanced DBS checked to be completed prior to start
