Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a global consultancy that combines the scale to deliver exciting, high-value projects with the close-knit culture of a supportive team. Based in Birmingham or Stoke, you’ll take the commercial lead on major new-build industrial and logistics schemes for a key client - shaping projects from concept right through to completion.

The Role

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and cost planning to procurement, contract administration, and final accounts. JCT contract experience is essential, and exposure to Design & Build projects or acting as Employer’s Agent would be a real advantage. More than anything, we’re looking for someone who can build client trust, manage stakeholders effectively, and keep projects commercially on track.

About You

* Have a proven track record managing costs, contracts, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments

* Have experience taking real estate projects from inception through planning to completion

* Come from the industrial/logistics sector, or retail/commercial construction and are eager to branch out

* Are MRICS qualified, or have equivalent strong experience
