Building Surveyor- Midlands region

Elevate projects are Working in partnership with our client, a reputable property Management Consultancy, to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to join their busy team to cover projects in an area encompassing roughly between Birmingham and Derby.

About the role

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

* Carrying out surveys to assess the condition of housing stock.

* Developing, monitoring, and delivering planned maintenance and investment programmes.

* Preparing specifications, schedules of works, and cost estimates.

* Managing contracts and ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

* Working closely with residents, contractors, and colleagues to ensure minimal disruption and excellent customer service.

* Supporting the asset management strategy to improve energy efficiency and sustainability
