OverviewWe are looking for a Helpdesk Operative to join our team. You'll be passionate, with customer service experience to manage phone calls and email requests, support employees, and log data into a database.
You should be capable of delivering high levels of service, remain professional, and ensure Mitie’s policies, processes and procedures are followed. As a Helpdesk Operative you will manage the flow of requests received, ensuring a continuous and efficient service.
Responsibilities- Manage the flow of requests received, ensuring continuous and efficient service.
- Act as first line of contact, answering all calls and emails efficiently.
- Maintain prompt input and output of all associated help desk data.
- Live monitor performance against SLAs.
- Work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines while effectively managing workloads.
- Follow Mitie policies, processes and procedures.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong literacy, numeracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
