Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an Architectural consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.

Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice have a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area, therefore experience in healthcare would be desirable however not essential.  

You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion
Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
Managing planning applications, and building regulations
Solving any issues that may arise
Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
Assist on planning applications and appeals
Visit site for inspections
Assist in business development
Develop detailed Revit modes and drawing packages
Requirements

Relevant qualification within Architecture
Strong design and technical skills
Revit is essential
UK Based experience with a minimum of 5 years in practice experience
