With an impressive portfolio spanning residential, healthcare, and education sectors, the Birmingham studio is now seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Architect to take the lead on a series of significant healthcare projects from early design through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
Oversee concept development, planning submissions, and technical delivery
Provide strong design leadership, ensuring project quality, innovation, and compliance
Conduct site inspections and manage coordination during construction
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression
Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing studio culture

Skills & Experience

ARB-registered Architect
Significant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
Strong track record of leading and running projects independently
Proven expertise across all RIBA stages, from concept design to on-site delivery
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly beneficial
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Must be based within a commutable distance of the Birmingham studio
