They are on the lookout for an independent and driven Architectural Technician to hit the ground running on their residential projects within their Birmingham offices.

Daily Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Produce drawing packages using AutoCAD independently
• Manage residential projects from inception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• collaborate alongside consultants, contractors, and clients
• manage workload efficiently and independently
• carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• CIAT Registered or working towards membership would be advantageous
• Good relevant post qualification experience as a technician would be desirable
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
