We are looking to recruit for our Birmingham office, with the expectation of travel to suit project requirements across any of our four offices.

- 5 years of industry experience working as an architectural technologist, architectural technician or technically biased architect.
- Architectural Technology degree or equivalent (UK recognised).
- Sound understanding of Building Regulations and current construction legislation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, preferably with schools, industrial or residential experience.
- Experience in all phases of the design process, from conceptualisation to construction including site oversight.
- Experience and confidence of operating within a client‑facing role.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Motivation to work as part of a team and to manage own time and workload.
- Excellent written and spoken English essential.
- Archi Cad experience beneficial but not essential; CAD / BIM support and training will be provided.
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams across various sectors.
- Review, produce, and coordinate high-quality technical design information across all RIBA Work Stages.
- Conduct site visits and act as a key representative of the practice.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Apply a practical, problem‑solving approach to complex design challenges.
- Travel to project sites across the UK as required.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
