We are looking for an experienced Consultant in Paediatric Neurology to join Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Charity. The primary objective of this post is to support comprehensive care for children with a range of neurological problems presented to the tertiary service within West Midlands, referred from secondary care.

• Deliver core general neurology clinics.
• Provide on‑site outpatient and inpatient services.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team across the department’s neurology sub‑specialties.
• Develop and implement innovative practices to keep the service at national and international standards.
• Offer regional and supra‑regional specialist advice.

• Tertiary‑level training in Paediatric Neurology.
• Broad expertise in general neurology conditions.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with both common and complex neurological problems and associated complications.
• Proven experience in a Paediatric Neurology sub‑speciality and a desire to innovate and develop services.
