As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the technical expert providing support to customers across the UK and Ireland, solving complex challenges and delivering excellence in industrial automation.

• Provide expert technical support for PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Deliver on‑site fault‑finding and system optimization
• Lead commissioning projects and system improvements
• Participate in project installations from FAT through to completion
• Join our 24/7 standby rota supporting critical customer operations

• Degree/HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑vendor PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems
• Strong background in low voltage equipment
• Project lifecycle experience
• Understanding of industrial standards and security concepts
