In joining this team, you'll be a visionary leader and confidently guide the team of Civil Engineers through some amazing projects whilst maintaining teamwork, diversity and excellence.

• Collaborate with directors and associates to deliver a diverse range of projects.
• Mentor, coach and manage a team of Civil Engineers, whilst promoting growth and teamwork.
• Ensure outstanding project delivery leaning of the expertise of your team and the wider teams.
• Lead the financial aspects of projects and ensure efficiency and profitability is met.
• Confidently build client relationships and explore new avenues for future projects.

• Software Savvy – Ideally mastered in Civils 3D or drainage modelling software.
• Expertise in Drainage Networks e.g. Info Drainage and Micro Drainage.
• Thorough understanding of National and Local Planning policy and within Flood Risk Assessments.
• Knowledge of current UK design standards and an active role in drainage and highway sectional works with relevant authorities.
• Proficiency in designing paved and asphalt surfaces, earthwork specifications and industrial concrete slabs.

The ideal Senior Civil Engineer will have proven experience creating and sustaining long-lasting client relationships and be able to lead Civil Engineering projects across a range of sectors.
