- Coaching, mentoring and supporting apprentices 1‑to‑1 across the West Midlands
- Helping learners build confidence, skills and knowledge throughout their apprenticeship
- Managing your own caseload and planning your weekly schedule
- Setting development goals, reviewing progress and guiding learners toward achievement
- Mechanical Engineer or Multi‑Skilled Engineer with strong mechanical bias
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, robotics, PLCs or plant environments
- Level 3 qualification in Engineering
- Passion for helping, mentoring and coaching developing engineers
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the West Midlands
