As Compliance Monitoring & Safety Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory excellence while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement, working as part of a dynamic team, collaborating on impactful projects that make a real difference.

What You Will Do:

- Lead and manage internal audits to ensure compliance with UK CAA Part 21J, 21G, EASA Part 145, and AS9100 regulations.

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance processes, documentation, and metrics across the organisation.

- Oversee and manage non-conformances and investigations using structured problem-solving techniques.

- Actively participate in Safety Action Groups (SAGs) and support the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS).

- Control the audit schedule and manage key compliance documents, including customer Compliance Plans.

- Deputise for the Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager during periods of absence.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong understanding of UK CAA Part 21J, 21G, EASA Part 145, and AS9100 regulations.

- Knowledge and experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and leading audits.

- Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or Power

BI.

- A quality-focused mindset with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
