About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong air conditioning background to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a mix of commercial and industrial mechanical projects, typically running one major contract up to £1m alongside several smaller works ranging from £10k+.
In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for coordinating works, managing site activities, running progress meetings (both on-site and via Teams), and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Essential Requirements

* Mechanical background in Air Conditioning (installation/management).
Air conditioning experience is essential

* Experience delivering mechanical projects up to £1m.

* Comfortable working with high-end clients, maintaining professional standards at all times.

* Strong communication skills and experience leading formal and informal meetings.

* Experience in commercial and industrial environments.

* Ideally Midlands based (Birmingham to Milton Keynes corridor).

* Must have come from the tools, such as:

* Plumber

* Pipefitter

* Air Conditioning Engineer

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel heavily (2,000–4,000 miles/month)
