Senior Civil Engineer - Development Infrastructure

Overview

Access Talent Group are currently seeking a skilled Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a new developing team in the West Midlands, United Kingdom.

You will be joining a growing and new team working on a diverse range of projects from local community infrastructure schemes to strategic national projects. They currently have developments including 100 unit and a 10,000 urban development extension, and schemes in the care home and industrial sectors. The role involves taking on workload, running projects, meeting clients, and being a front member of the team.

The successful candidate will develop Junior Engineers and contribute to project work and the team’s direction.

• Take on workload, run projects, and meet clients as the front member of the team
• Develop junior engineers and contribute to project work and team direction
• Collaborate with a civil infrastructure team on local and national development projects

• BEng or preferably MEng in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification
• Chartered status or current progression toward chartership
• Experience in Civil Infrastructure design (road design, below and surface water drainage, plot drainage, cut and fill)
• Experience with Section 104, Section 106, and Section 38 applications; involvement with Section 278 is a plus but not essential
• Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D / PDS / Site 3D and Microdrainage or Causeway flow
• Strong team management and mentoring skills
• Proven UK development infrastructure experience
