• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and create detailed product technical specifications.
• Lead the design, management, and delivery of Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVP&R).
• Take ownership of prototype builds, testing, software validation, and reporting.
• Support global production, manufacturing, quality, and customer issue resolutions.
• Propose product optimisation solutions through detailed problem analysis.
• Interface with internal and external teams to ensure project success and continuous improvement.

• A degree in Engineering or equivalent with proven industry experience
• Knowledge in new product introduction, build, testing, and validation for vehicle components
• Strong knowledge of data acquisition, processing, and Design of Experiments (DOE) tools
• Experience with CAN vehicle integration and digital communication protocols
• Ability to design and implement LabVIEW test and data acquisition programmes
