• Strong understanding of visual quality, surface finish, gap / flush standards, and tactile feel
• Proficiency in AIMS, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, and problem-solving methodologies
• Hands‑on experience in vehicle build phases and launch readiness activities
• Familiarity with GD&T, metrology tools, and tolerance analysis
• Ability to work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, and Supplier teams
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Clear reporting and escalation of quality concerns across all levels

• Experience with Class A surfaces, paint finish, and interior trim evaluations
• Exposure to Q‑DAS, Minitab, or other statistical quality software
• Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers on incoming quality and PPAP
