£45,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Professional Development + Car

Are you an experienced Project Planner from a construction background or similar looking to step into a role within a leading nationwide construction company? As a Project Planner, you will create fully compliant project programmes using Primavera P6 and Asta, prepare tender schedules, and coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams. You’ll track progress against baseline plans, produce delay analysis and mitigation reports, and ensure all planning work meets NEC and JCT contract requirements.

• Produce tender schedules and sequencing documents
• Assist with tender planning and bid submissions
• Create fully compliant project programmes using Primavera P6 and Asta
• Monitor progress against the baseline programme
• Prepare planning reports, including delay analysis and mitigation strategies
• Ensure all planning work aligns with NEC and JCT contract requirements

• Expertise in delay analysis
• Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
• Skilled user of Primavera P6 and Asta Power project
