Position: UK Sales Manager- World Leading OEM - Precision Engineering
A globally established, engineering-led manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for precision, quality, and technical leadership is seeking a UK Sales Manager to lead its national commercial operation.

This organisation designs and supplies mission-critical motion and linear technology solutions used by some of the most demanding industries worldwide. With deep in-house engineering capability, a strong UK footprint, and a customer base built on long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales, the business is entering its next phase of growth across the UK.

The role represents a genuine blend of leadership and high-value account management. You will take full responsibility for managing and developing a team of field-based sales engineers across the UK, while also retaining direct ownership of a portfolio of strategically important, multi-million-pound customer accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading, coaching, and developing a national team of technically focused sales engineers, driving performance, structure, and consistency across the UK

* Managing key accounts with significant annual revenues, acting as the senior commercial interface for long-term customers

* Shaping and executing UK sales strategy in alignment with wider European and global objectives

* Working closely with engineering, applications, and technical support teams to deliver value-led solutions rather than commodity sales

* Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts while opening doors into new OEM and end-user relationships

* Providing accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial insight to senior leadership

The business supports customers across a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to:

* Automation and factory automation

* Robotics and mechatronics

* Semiconductor and electronics manufacturing

* Medical devices and life sciences

* Aerospace and defence

* Machine builders and advanced OEMs

This opportunity will suit an experienced Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or senior Key Account Manager who has progressed through a technical sales environment and is comfortable leading people while still remaining commercially hands-on.

Experience with in motion control, linear technology, automation, robotics, bearings, precision components, or related engineered products will be highly advantageous.
