Performance & Reliability Engineer – CPC Systems – London & Birmingham

CPC Systems is the technical consultancy arm of CPC, specialising in modern railway rolling stock and control systems. We embrace technology to support rail owners and operators in delivering world-class performance from their transport infrastructure.

The CPC Systems team is recruiting talented Performance & Reliability Engineers for the next step in consulting careers. You’ll be leading or supporting the delivery of performance & reliability activities in the rail sector across a range of exciting project opportunities.

• Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Experience with in the rail sector undertaking a similar role
• Strong background in rolling stock and/or rail infrastructure projects
• Awareness of safety management systems
• Member of a professional institution and chartered, or desire to work to chartership
• Delivery of projects, collaborating with clients to understand objectives and outcomes
• Exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple activities and prioritising workload
• Passion for tackling interesting and challenging work, embracing variety
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
