An expanding and innovative remediation contractor with projects spanning the country are seeking an experienced Ground Remediation Engineer to join their team. With over 20 years in the brownfield, contaminated land and remediation industry, the company has the resources and background to support you through your career.

This Ground Remediation Engineer position will involve a variety of work on ground water, soil and earthworks projects. You'll be designing and presenting remediation strategies, carrying out Phase 3 remediation works and providing technical support for schemes. You'll be working away at times, and required to undertake environmental monitoring and sampling, including sampling and liaison with testing laboratories.

To be considered for the Ground Remediation Engineer position you should:

Have experience in the remediation or geo-environmental industry.
Preferably, have a degree in geology, environmental science, physical geography or a similar relevant subject.
Be willing to travel and work away from home frequently, whilst commutable to Birmingham for infrequent office visits.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
