This company is a well-established transport planning consultancy operating across the UK, providing S278/38 highways design, drainage, environmental planning, implementation, and operation to a both residential and commercial clients. Now expanding their company to a new Birmingham based office, you will play a key role in the development of the new team.

You will assist in the delivery of highway schemes from feasibility through to construction, producing high-quality designs and drawings while working closely with senior engineers, local authorities, and external stakeholders. This role would suit a CAD Technician with experience in highways design, looking to join a market-leading transport planning consultancy.

The role:

* Assisting with the design and implementation of highway schemes for public and private sector clients

* Producing drawings using AutoCAD and supporting scheme development through feasibility, design, and construction stages

* Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm

The person:

* CAD Technician

* Experience using AutoCAD and Civils3D

* Good understanding of highways design standards and processes

* Commutable to Birmingham Office
