Planning Engineer – Birmingham
Permanent | Full-Time | Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Are you a Planning Engineer looking to make an impact on major construction projects? We’re seeking a motivated professional to join a dynamic consultancy team delivering exceptional planning and project management services across the UK and Europe.

• Develop and manage project programmes using Primavera P6
• Interpret NEC contract requirements and integrate them into planning processes
• Produce clear programme narratives for reporting and contractual use
• Conduct delay analysis and support dispute resolution
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
• Provide planning input throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven experience in construction planning
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and methodologies
• UK driving licence and willingness to commute to Birmingham

• Asta Power project, Microsoft Project, Synchro 4D
