Key Accountabilities- Drive loan and deposit growth through proactive prospecting, client calling, and centers of influence.
- Manage a commercial real estate portfolio to ensure compliance with credit policy, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate credit structures.
- Expand relationships by cross‑selling banking, treasury, capital markets, insurance, and wealth solutions.
- Present credit recommendations and participate in the loan approval process.
- Advise clients on business and banking trends using bank‑approved insights.
- Represent the bank through active participation in community and business organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of commercial real estate or business‑to‑business sales experience.
- 8+ years of demonstrated sales and client relationship management success.
- Ability to lawfully drive with access to reliable transportation.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial credit structuring and risk management.
- Established network within the local commercial real estate market.
