• Drive loan and deposit growth through proactive prospecting, client calling, and centers of influence.
• Manage a commercial real estate portfolio to ensure compliance with credit policy, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate credit structures.
• Expand relationships by cross‑selling banking, treasury, capital markets, insurance, and wealth solutions.
• Present credit recommendations and participate in the loan approval process.
• Advise clients on business and banking trends using bank‑approved insights.
• Represent the bank through active participation in community and business organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of commercial real estate or business‑to‑business sales experience.
• 8+ years of demonstrated sales and client relationship management success.
• Ability to lawfully drive with access to reliable transportation.

• Advanced knowledge of commercial credit structuring and risk management.
• Established network within the local commercial real estate market.
