A leading international mid‑market M&A advisory firm is strengthening its UK presence and is looking for a high‑calibre Senior Associate to join its growing Midlands team. With a strong European footprint and over £1bn in annual deal value, this is a chance to step into a genuinely global advisory environment with real momentum.

The Role

As a Senior Associate, you'll play a hands‑on role across the full deal lifecycle:

Support transactions end‑to‑end - from origination and valuation to structuring and execution
Build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners and investors
Conduct detailed financial, commercial and market analysis
Prepare valuations, pitch materials, presentations and transaction documentation
Take early responsibility within a collaborative deal team, with a clear pathway toward a future deal making role

About You

ACA or CFA qualified (or equivalent)
Minimum 6 months' experience in M&A, corporate finance, advisory or a commercially focused advisory role
Strong analytical capability paired with sound commercial judgement
Confident communicator who can engage credibly with senior stakeholders
Proactive, entrepreneurial and energised by a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
