Are you detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and compliance? We are looking for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join a strong finance team in Central Birmingham. This is a key role ensuring the integrity of our financial statements and supporting the business with high-quality reporting.

What you'll do:

* Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.

* Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.

* Maintain and improve internal controls and reporting processes.

* Provide insight and analysis to support decision-making.

What we're looking for:

* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

* Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Advanced Excel skills & strong systems experience
