What you will do:
  • Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide expert guidance and education to patients and their families, empowering them in their recovery journey.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust therapeutic plans to meet the evolving needs of patients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with all team members.

To succeed in this role, you must be HCPC registered and possess exceptional physiotherapy skills, particularly in neurology. A full driving licence is a must, as you may need to travel between sites or visit patients in community settings.
