Health & Safety Consultant – Birmingham region

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced and energetic Health & Safety Consultant to join a leading organisation in a permanent role, commencing on 1st February 2025. This position will be based in Birmingham or the South of England, covering the southern region, and will involve extensive travel with occasional overnight stays.

£45,000 – £55,000 per annum

The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong expertise in health and safety, particularly in fire safety and fire risk assessments. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and supporting the organisation’s safety standards across multiple sites.

• Conduct health and safety audits across the southern region
• Lead on fire safety compliance, including fire risk assessments
• Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety policies and procedures
• Support management teams to maintain high standards of safety and compliance
• Deliver training and awareness sessions where required
• Travel extensively to client sites, with occasional overnight stays
