* Assessment, treatment planning, implementation and discharge planning / facilitation for general hospital patients –

* Maintain flow.

* Routine Acute Hospital work

* Will consider Band 5 dep upon experience

* Mainly HCOP & General Med but may include admission avoidance, T&O, Stroke and Rehab

* Qualified Occupational Therapist
