AboutThe Role
Our Insurance Sector E2E Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our insurance technology & architectural reference assets to ensure they remain at the cutting edge, crafting visionary tech‑enabled business platforms, fostering innovation, and leading the growth of our technology & architectural capabilities. They lead in originating, solutioning, designing and delivering complex transformations within the sector to enable these outcomes.
WhatYour Days Will Look Like
- Working with our Sector and wider Technology teams to architect innovative E2E Architecture solutions across multiple technologies and design the roadmap of change required.
- Working closely with our clients in the Insurance space to bring outside‑in perspectives and solutions that accelerate their business strategies through adoption of new and emerging technologies.
- Mentoring and guiding the teams under you to build the next generation of architects and accelerate the growth of our capabilities (L&D, assets, onshore/offshore deployment strategies, continuous pursuit of innovations – e.g. Cloud / Data / AI orchestration).
- Providing technical oversight of multiple projects/programm delivery ensuring the architectural vision set at the beginning of transformation is met.
- Exceptional expertise in Insurance Sector business and technology architecture.
- Proven ability to solution, design and implement tech‑enabled business platforms and solutions for Tier 1 insurance clients.
- Distinctive skills in E2E Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven leadership in shaping and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver intricate solutions.
- Strong familiarity with the sector’s vendor landscape, leading certifications (e.g. TOGAF, key vendors, agile methodologies such as SAFe) and eagerness to pursue them.
- Industry‑specific certifications and accreditations (e.g. Guidewire Certified Specialist, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud) are preferred.
- Experience working with insurance‑relevant regulations, including Solvency UK and FCA consumer duty.
- Thorough understanding of the Cloud, data, and AI markets and technologies.
- Supports business development alongside client delivery and practice expansion.
- Adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills – navigating from C‑suite to operational levels.
