We’re looking for a hands‑on experienced M365/Modern Workplace Engineer to help us level up our tech in 2026 and beyond. In this key position you will work across M365, Intune, Cloud, Security and more all in a small friendly Tech Team, where you can make a real difference to the organisation and people’s lives. You will take a leading role in managing and advancing our Microsoft 365 and cloud environment, while also supporting core infrastructure, network and information security operations.
This hands‑on, diverse role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical depth and day‑to‑day problem‑solving. As a key member of a small, high‑performing IT team you will help drive Pioneers Technology and Data Strategy, working across the full technology stack from modern workplace solutions and endpoint management to network configuration, security enhancement and user support.
- Hands‑on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, compliance and security features).
- Experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering roles.
- Microsoft certifications (MS‑102, SC‑300, MD‑102) or willingness to pursue them.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a non‑technical way.
- A curious mindset, willingness to learn and drive to make technology work better for people.
