As a Digital Learning Design & Innovation Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the digital learning strategy to enhance capability, performance, and engagement across the business. This role combines expertise in digital learning with a focus on automation, AI, and immersive technologies (such as VR) to create scalable, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.
The role reports to the Head of Learning & Development and works collaboratively with the L&D team, the wider HR team, and stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for technology‑enabled learning and process improvements.
Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging digital learning assets using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Explore and implement digital solutions leveraging AI, VR, and AR to create impactful learning content that drives employee capability at all levels.
- Convert face‑to‑face content into effective online or blended solutions where required.
- Ensure all digital content meets accessibility and usability standards.
- Identify opportunities to automate learning processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Operational management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to manage upgrades, integrations, and automation of administrative workflows.
- Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve learner experience.
- Lead or support digital learning projects from scoping through to launch, working with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, resources, and reporting for assigned projects.
- Pilot and scale emerging technologies and AI‑enabled solutions to enhance learning delivery.
- Use reporting tools to demonstrate completion, attendance, and engagement with learning.
- Monitor engagement and effectiveness through learning analytics and reporting tools.
- Provide actionable insights to improve learning impact, efficiency, and learner experience.
- Collaborate with the L&D team, wider HR team, and key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned to business needs and challenges.
- Act as a champion for digital innovation, translating emerging technology opportunities into practical solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering digital learning solutions, including eLearning, blended, and immersive experiences (VR/AR).
