Location: Birmingham & North London (Multi-site)
Salary: Up to £120,000 + Benefits

A leading UK food group is seeking a Head of IT & Data Management to drive digital transformation, automation, and data strategy across its operations. This is a hands-on leadership role blending strategy with execution, overseeing IT infrastructure, SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud adoption, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Define and deliver IT & Data strategy aligned with business growth.
- Oversee IT operations and manage third-party suppliers.
- Drive automation (RPA, low-code) and digital enablement.
- Lead SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud implementation and optimisation. - Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT & Data team.
- Senior IT leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
- Expertise in SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud, Azure, and automation platforms. - Proven track record in IT modernisation and digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
- Salary up to £120,000 + benefits.
