Trainer – Customer Onsite Accounts (Hayley Dexis)

About the Onsite Trainer RoleThis brand‑new role delivers on‑site training across our UK sites, both face‑to‑face and virtually. A typical training cycle lasts six months and covers site induction, systems training, product training and a range of specialist topics.
- Deliver training sessions (face‑to‑face and virtual) on product and systems knowledge.
- Design training content and session plans.
- Deliver customer service, stakeholder engagement, stock and inventory management, continuous improvement, procurement, MRO and KPI‑tracking training.
- Co‑ordinate with experts across the business to deliver these topic areas.
You are passionate about delivering training excellence, with a positive attitude and high energy. You should have good product knowledge of engineering consumables and ERP systems (although this can be taught) and be highly adaptable, engaging audiences and communicating the benefits to the customer. Technology savvy and comfortable troubleshooting tech during sessions are essential.
What we’re looking for in our Onsite Trainer- Good level of product knowledge (desirable).
- Experience in content creation and session design.
- Facilitation skills – able to guide and steer discussions.
- Excellent communication skills – confident communicator who can build rapport with delegates.
- Technology proficiency – comfortable using internal systems (e.g., SXE, VIPO, Smart Time) and all MS Office packages; able to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Requires national travel with overnight stays. When not travelling, the role will be based at Halesowen HQ.
