Are you a proactive individual with a background in customer service and a foundation in IT support? We are looking for a Mobile Technician to join our field team, providing vital technical support and project delivery across the Midlands.

In this role, you will act as a key technical resource for some of the UK's most high-profile organisations. You will provide "backfill" support for established accounts and assist in the delivery of critical national projects.

While technical knowledge is important, we prioritise communication and reliability. You will be the face of our service on-site, often working in sensitive or high‑pressure environments.

• Customer Excellence:
  Proven experience in face‑to‑face roles with the ability to manage client expectations professionally.
• Technical Aptitude:
  Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Mobility: A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be travelling to various sites across Central Birmingham and the wider Midlands.
• Versatility:
  The ability to adapt to different site requirements, from corporate offices to government facilities.
