Software Engineer, Web Developer, Data Security

About the Role

Our Health Tech client is building a cohesive, high-performing in-house engineering team to power their growing technology suite — from web applications and data analytics platforms to AI tools and internal systems.

• Collaborate with engineers and product leads to build reliable, user-friendly web applications
• Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
• Build and enhance modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript and React
• Implement best practices for modular architecture, reusable code, and streamlined deployments
• Contribute to front-end consistency and tech stack standardisation
• Support AI, data processing, and user-facing integrations

Strong proficiency in Python and Java Script

Experience with Flask (or similar server-side frameworks)

Solid React (or equivalent modern JS library) skills

Comfortable with REST APIs, Mongo

DB, and cloud deployment

Familiarity with CI / CD, containerisation, and scalable systems

Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive

• Experience with AI integration or data processing
• An eye for UX / UI design or design system experience
• Experience in startups or healthcare tech
