A leading global financial services organisation is seeking a Director of IT Service Resilience to shape and deliver its global recovery strategy in Birmingham or Sheffield (Hybrid). This role focuses on driving incident excellence while building long-term service resilience, leading the vision, execution, and necessary cultural transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SRE and incident response management, reputation for leading high-pressure situations, and ability to influence senior leadership effectively.

Competitive salary of circa £170,000 plus benefits is offered.
