Minimum (essential) Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience ope rationalising human‑centred practices to build trust, consider cultural sensitivities, and tackle behavioural or emotional barriers to change at an individual and organisational level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in multiple forms.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting, while thinking critically, taking in new perspectives, and learning new concepts.
  • Collaborative and growth mindset, with demonstrable experience of contributing a positive impact to team ethos.
Desirable
  • Domain experience in the Public Sector.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices, trends, and principles such as trust, assurance, and ethics, or experience working in responsible AI on the customer‑delivery side.

  • Experience contributing to writing proposals, working on bids, or other sales activity where you helped shape offerings and develop opportunities.
  • Experience creating new business offerings and strategies in responsible AI.
