Actionstep is seeking a dynamic UK Senior Account Manager to join our UK team. You will drive revenue growth by uncovering cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base, deepen relationships, and ensure clients get the most from Actionstep. You will partner across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to understand customer needs, propose smart solutions, and deliver value with a customer-first mindset.

- SaaS/IT Sales with a focus on the legal industry (practice management and accounting software preferred)
- Sales success in IT/SaaS with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to assess customer needs, build trusted multi-level relationships, and drive/close opportunities
- Experienced Salesforce CRM user
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in presenting, verbal and written communication; able to engage customers and internal teams and say “no” when needed
- Proactive problem solver with strong technical aptitude
- Strategic thinker who analyzes data, identifies opportunities, and develops growth plans
- High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-directed, and effective in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work autonomously and as a strong team contributor
- Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple work streams
- Formal sales training/certification (e.g., SPIN, Challenger) and/or a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Further develop and grow your sales technique with the support of sales leadership
