Position: Cybersecurity Application Assessment Service Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of external cybersecurity experts, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity across IT and business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (NIS 2, EU AI Act, CFIUS).
  • Oversee application onboarding, RFP responses, and tool integrations.
  • Improve security assessment processes and Service Now workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Governance, and Security teams.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge systems for assessments and compliance.
  • Own and manage assessment solutions.
  • Plan budgets, resources, and strategic development of the service, driving strategic ownership of a high‑impact cybersecurity service.
  • Collaborate with top experts across departments to deliver value.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity, including 3‑5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Service Now (workflows, dashboards, reporting).
  • Familiarity with tools such as One Trust, Tenable, Lansweeper, Axonius, Azure Dev Ops, and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF 2, NIST RM, CIS, UCF).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CISSP) are a plus.
