This critical role is perfect for a deep technical specialist with a strong commercial mindset.
The Role :Your Commercial Impact
You will be the go-to authority for our IT & Cyber product area, supporting Account Managers and BDMs to qualify opportunities, shape compelling solutions, and close complex IT deals.
What You'll Be Doing :Product Expertise & Thought Leadership :
- Act as the subject matter expert for all IT & Cyber product areas (e.g., cloud, cyber security, managed services, Microsoft 365, backup / DR).
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of features, competitive positioning, and market trends.
- Share best practice strategies and playbooks with sales teams.
- Peer-review proposals and technical content for accuracy.
- Join customer meetings and demonstrations to articulate product capabilities
