Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Senior Associate to Partner

Highly Ranked Legal 500 Team – Birmingham (2‑3 days in the office)

This is a newly created opportunity for a client focused and experienced litigator seeking a well regarded and friendly practice. The firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500.

In this varied role you will work across a variety of high‑value and complex commercial litigation cases, predominantly in the higher courts, including:

• Insolvency
• Insurance
• Procurement

• Managing and effectively supporting a breadth of cases
• Preparing for trials, including upcoming week‑long and multi‑week trials
• Delivering high‑quality legal advice
• Supporting and developing more junior team members

• Previous experience of supporting complex and varied litigation
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of developing/maintaining client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
