📍 Wills & Probate Locum – Rotherham (Office-Based Preferred)
🗓 8 December 2025 – End of February 2026
💷 £40–£50 per hour
CRA Consulting is working with a well-established, reputable law firm in Rotherham who are looking to bring in an experienced Wills & Probate Locum to cover a key period.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be handling a varied Private Client caseload, including :
- ✅ Wills & estate planning
- ✅ Probate / estate administration
- ✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- ✅ Court of Protection matters
- 🔹 Experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer
- 🔹 Confident running files autonomously with minimal supervision
- 🔹 Great client care and a practical, adaptable approach
- 🔹 Locum experience helpful (but not essential)
